From individual and institutional owners, to owner's association board of directors, we are experienced in managing each property in a way that supports that property's short and long term goals.

Peatco Properties maintains a management style which is based on a proactive, hands-on approach and open communication with owners, tenants, board members and association members.

Jennifer is the founder of Peatco Properties and oversees all management and financial functions of the company. Her passion for service in the Real Estate management arena began in 1986 at Far West Services in Irvine. A seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience, Jennifer's Management knowledge is extensive. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), a (CCAM®) through the California Association of Community Managers, an Association Management Specialist (AMS®) with Community Associations Institute and an active member and CPM-(CAND) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jennifer’s experience and skill in developing and maintaining long term, prosperous relationships with owners, developers, investors, tenants and vendors is evident by the long term client relationships that have been maintained by Peatco Properties. Jennifer’s management style is a mix of personal service - going above and beyond for clients, tenants, owners and boards - to 'real-life' applications for dispute resolution and pride in service.
